Article Submission
Paper Review Process
All submitted articles will go through two rounds of peer reviewing by the scientific board committee. The review comments from the first round will be sent to the authors around one to two weeks after submission. Accepted submissions will proceed to the second-round review by international experts based on topic relevance, grammar, innovation, integrity, literary presentation, technical depth, and overall organization. A notification of acceptance will be sent to the corresponding authors if the article is accepted for publication or presentation.

Please download the template file for the full paper and abstract through the following links. These templates are designed to simplify formatting according to the publication guidelines, ensuring that layout, font size, spacing, and other elements are properly adjusted.
Manuscript Criteria
A. Language
English is the only language of the conference and of all submissions.
B. Originality
Submissions to ICoSMES 2026 must be original. Submissions cannot have been published or accepted in a journal or conference proceedings, nor presented at another conference. They must not be concurrently under consideration for publication or presentation elsewhere. If your paper has previously been published as a working paper or pre-print, you will be asked to describe this during the submission process.
C. Template and Formatting Requirements
All submissions must be in Microsoft Word .doc or .docx format. Files submitted in other formats or that do not use the submission template will not be considered for review.
Basic Requirement for each submitted paper:
- 1 A minimum of 1500 words in the main text excluding title, authors, affiliations, abstract, keywords, and references.
- 2 A minimum of 3 figures or tables.
- 3 A minimum of 10 references in the References section per article.
